The HCC Risk Coding Manager and Educator is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of risk adjustment coding education, compliance initiatives, and clinical documentation improvement strategies. The manager will collaborate with providers, coding teams, and leadership to drive performance improvement, mitigate compliance risks, and enhance coding accuracy. The role requires a mix of remote work and frequent travel to physician practices throughout the state. Great opportunity for growth.

The annualized anticipated base annual salary for this HCC Risk Coding Manager and Educator ranges from $110,000 to $120,000. Additionally, this position offers an opportunity for annual bonus, and other benefits.
Other benefits offered include a 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off (vacation/personal days, holidays, and sick time), and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance).
