The Supervisor, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding is responsible for performing HCC risk adjustment coding and developing and executing risk adjustment coding education, auditing, compliance initiatives, and clinical documentation improvement strategies. The Supervisor will supervise HCC risk adjustment coders and will collaborate with providers, coding teams, and leadership to drive performance improvement, mitigate compliance risks, and enhance HCC coding accuracy. The role requires a mix of remote work and travel to physician practices throughout the state of New Jersey. Great opportunity for growth.
This role is primarily remote with 25% New Jersey based travel. Reports to the Director, Clinical Quality and Transformation.

The annualized anticipated base annual salary for this Supervisor, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding ranges from $90,000-$110,000. Additionally, this position offers an opportunity for annual bonus.
